The UIA community Architecture and human rights (CA+HR), in association with Gifa, first conference was kicked off in Johannesburg by it's director, President of Gifa, and Ntsika Architects director Nadia Tromp. The conference titled "JustCity Jozi" is the first of a series leading up to the UIA congress at RIO 2020

SAIA are proud to announce that Nadia Tromp, President of GIfA, has been appointed as the new Director of the UIA "Community Architecture” - Architecture & Human Rights, Work Programme. Nadia replaces Trish Emmett, who has driven the programme, formerly known as "Barefoot Architecture", since 2014.
